We are looking for an experienced PMLD Registered Manager.

We have seven residents who have lived at Dales House for several years. It is a family-oriented setting, and the members lead active and fulfilling lives. No two days are the same. Our members living at Dales House are young adults, and it is a busy working environment with a high staff ratio.
You will be responsible for a registered care home with a strong reputation for excellent care. Our Service has a good CQC rating.
You will be responsible for all operational aspects of our care home, ensuring that the team provides high-quality, person-centred care to empower the seven people who live here. This will include being the responsible registered manager with the Care Quality Commission.
You will work mainly Monday to Friday, with some weekends and Bank Holidays.
